Verses composed and delivered by the golden
Voice of Bhagavan Sri Sri Sri Sathya Sai Baba varu.

It is followed by the English like translation of the exact
Telugu phrase used along with the appropriate meaning.
There are a total of about 141 poetic verses and about 5 rythmic
Renditions with a profound message.
















ఆధునిక విద్య పెరిగెను అంతులేక
ఆత్మ విద్యయు క్షీనించె అవధిలేక
సత్య ధర్మంబులన్నియు సమసి పొయె
ప్రేమ శాంతి అహింసలు పేద పడియె

Modern education has risen without end
Atma Vidya (Knowledge of Self) has declined without boundaries
Truth and Righteousness have declined
Love, Peace and Non violence have become poor
(Bhagavan is describing the plight of modern man
And is explaining the reason for all the troubles in the
World today.)




అడవుల ఎందు నున్నా ఆకాసమందున్న
పట్టణమందున్న పల్లెనున్నా
గుట్టమిద నున్నా నట్టేట పడివున్నా
(సాయి) విడవడు నిన్ను ఓ విద్యార్థులరా

Even if we are in forest or on the sky
On the city or in a village
On the top of the mountain or in deep ocean
(Sai) will not leave you dear students
Bhagavan said he will never leave you wherever you are
However, You should posess that love.
However, you should be reciever of Bhagavans compassion.

There is more and more of courage in talking excessively today
They are not action minded action oriented that is on decline
All lives are deluded because of all full of pomp, show and agrandisement
This is the sort of life of a modern student.
The present day plight of the students is highly confused.
The one who talks wouldn’t read
The one who studies well doesn’t speak. That is why Bhagavan says
Less talk more study.

There is one creator for this world. He is omniscient, omnipotent and
All pervasive. Different people worshipped that Lord in different ways and
Saved themselves from cycle of birth and death.
Mohammedians call him Allah
Good Christians call him Jesus(Yehova)
Vaishwanites call him Pullaabyaksha
Shaivites call him Shambo always
Various people worship GOD.
The Same GOD will bless everyone with Health, wealth and prosperity
Believe this truth that GOD is ONE.

By repeating again and again you could sing
By chewing and eating again and again even neem might be sweet
Diamond also can be cut and made shine.
Even when the diamond is cut it becomes sharp
As we practice more and more we can sing more nicely.
Underlying message is to sing bhajan and practice to sing.
This is our aim. We should get good name seeking redemption for this life.

Will ever the darkness dispelled by the news of light.
Without lighting the lamp how to drive out darkeness.
Will ever a poor man be free from poverty by listening to economics and finance
Will ever a person who is hungry appease his hunger by seeing the menu card
Will the disease of a person be cured by hearing the greatness of the medicine?
Similarly we go thru sacred text what is use? This is only textual information knowledge
But you need practical knowledge. Atleast practice one.

Who is the person really blind in this world
(Dharmaraja asked yakshu)
The educated one who can’t leave his bad habbits
Inspite if studying higher education, mean person can’t leave his ill habbits
The more one studies it leads only to argumentation
But he can’t become a person of true wisdom
There is no use studying such physical, artificial, temporary and temporal education
We should be acquinted with the true wisdom for which there is no death (Spiritual education)

In this world life is like a water bubble which is temporary
This youth and wealth also will disappear like a passing cloud
The wife and children like wise are also temporary
Truth Righteousness and good name are only permanent.

ఆఖండమే జ్యొతిర్మయమే

Sai’s song is wonderful
The light is affluent

There are many people who can
Spread spiritual knowledge
However even one can’t practice it
Therefore the country is restless today.
If you practice atleast one that is enough.

ఆది మధ్యాంత రహితు అనాధివాడు
తాను చావక పుట్టక చంప బడక
అన్నింట ఆత్మ రూపుడై అమరుచుండు

That Atman doesn’t have birth and death
Doesn’t have a beginning or an end
He doesn’t die nor is born. Not able to kill
He is everywhere in the form of ATMA.
The principle of ATMA is one which is permanent
And is associated with Truth.

అట్టి వానిని వెతికెడి వాడే నరుడు

Who has given the power of Hearing to the ears
Who has given the power of sight to the eyes
The very purpose of life is to search that ONE who
Has given those gifts.




చిత్త సుద్ధి లేని చుద్ర మానవునకు
ఆత్మ తత్వమెట్టు అబ్బునకు
ఆత్మ తత్వం అబ్బు అతి సుద్ధ బుద్ధికే
మరువబొకుడు ఇట్టి మంచి మాట

A person without purity of heart and mean
How do you expect him to understand the nature of ATMA. Impossible.
It is only a person with pious nature and pure heart who can understand
The nature of ATMA. Never forget this good word.

క్రొధమాత్సరంబులు కూడి వుండు
చీకటింటిలొన చెరవే గబ్బిళాలు

In men who doesn’t have purity of heart

Without performing acts of charity or Truth and Righteousness
Without having honesty in the heart/mind
And a person having bad qualities
Will be ruined here and in the other worlds as well

తేగిత సనాతాన ధర్మము కాని
సత్య సంధానము కాని ప్రెమిక విధానము కాని
మరి ఎదైనను కాని మాతౄ ప్రెమకు సాటి రదూ
మాతౄ ప్రెమకు సాటి రదూ విచారణ చెసి చూసిన ...

Man today has a domonic nature
He has Cruelity without Love of GOD
Without fear of SIN
Humanity has reduced amond humans
This is responsible for unrest in the world.
Today we see love for sin and fear of god developing day by day.
Those who perform good deeds reap good benefits
While those who perform bad ones reap bad results
Similarly the tree grows from the seed of the same kind
Fruit comes from the same tree. As you sow so you reap.
Be afraid to do sinful deeds and be enthusiastic in doing rightful deeds.

Body is composed of five elements
It will collapse one day or the other
Indweller GOD is undetructable

దెవుడనగ వేరు దేశమందునులేడు....

పాప మనగ పరదెశమందునలేదు....

One may boast about his wealth
However, he doesn’t have peace on earth
One may boast about scholarship
However, he still doesn’t have peace on earth
One may be an affluent person giving charity
However, he still doesn’t have peace on earth
Peace is only at one place and that is
In the Heart of an individual
You don’t need to step forward the very heaven will
Come forward to you.

The birds and animals who haven’t had any formal
Education follow a principle discipline and live by rules,
However man endowed with intelligence is not following the same discipline.
Without discipline the human society will ruin.

and celestial bodies keep move. Mind is very fickle. Such changing mind, how can
you recongnise it. Therefore it is steady. All the scriptures say is that the basis pricnicple is Brahma principle.
Divinity is changeless, attributless. When he himself is embodiment is Bliss there is no need of any

Meaning of Parthi is beackon of light. Putta means
ant hill where there are snakes. Puttaparthi is the beacon

of heart. With the music or Nadaswara of Namasmarana
all the wicked feelings and bad thoughts in the form of snakes
will come out of this ant hill after seeing the beacon of light.
In order to giveup bad habbits we have to do Namasmarana.
